and I am the owner and groomer of Small dog grooming by Kay, In Spring hill Florida. I would like to tell you about myself. I have been working with animals sence 1980. I have trained dogs, and horses, in my youger years. I was also a Veterinary Technician, for years. I assisted the Doctors with testing, bloodwork, xrays, and also surgery. I found this work to be very rewarding. I started working with a groomer in 1995. I now have my own grooming salon at my home. I work by appointment, all pets are groomed at time of appointment. No long stays, No sitting is cages. Your pet is groomed at time of appointment and then goes home. I groom most breeds up to 50 lbs. I use top quality shampoo's, rinses, Your pet will recieve one on one attention My shop is always clean and quiete allowing your pet to relax and enjoy their stay. I also treat every pet like they are my own.

My Pledge to you I will always do my very best to care for your pets. To make them feel safe, comfortable. relaxed and calm. Puppy's may need more time. Ederly dogs may need breaks. Or to lay down for grooming. And then there are those that just want it over with so they can go home to their Mom's and Dad's. No matter what your pet may need I will always do my very best to give it to them. I will not use cage driers ever.. Each pet is dried by hand. Pets will never be left alone in the tub, or on the table. Each pet is groomed at time of appointment and goes home.

I have taken my dogs, Niblet and Charlie to Kay for over a year. They love her and I truely
believe she loves them. Her shop is always clean, bright and cheerful. Everything is in the open. I would recommend
her 100%. Charlie, my shih tzu, has very thick fur. It is no problem for Kay.

Most grooms only take about 2 hours
I'm sure God loves me, I know that is true. He gave me so many great things to chew. Rugs, plants or rocks, I really don't care. What I truly like best, is Dad's underwear.
Pets need regular care for their well being. Professional and at home grooming is essential.

We provide out pets with Loving home, attention, training Medical attention Food, Water warm place in winter cool place in summer and for some breeds grooming is necessary on a regular basis. So remember when you get that fluffy little puppy he / she will need grooming for life puppy grooming should start about 8 to 12 weeks of age but it is never to late to start.
